Logistics General Associate Premium Pay

Purpose of Position:

The Logistics General Associate Premium Pay associate will provide production with raw materials in a timely and safe manner following all MTNA policies and procedures. Essential Job Functions Issue raw materials to production Participate in physical inventories Maintain C & O while completing daily tasks Store raw materials in designated spaces Clean and organize logistics storage areas Maintain FIFO (First in, First out) Scan materials to correct locations All other duties as assigned by management Experience and Knowledge Systems and continuous improvement orientation Quality orientated and attention to detail Problem analysis and resolution Aware of consequences to the customer, environment and the employee, if procedures are not followed Ability to use Shipping, Glovia & Microsoft office programs Basic math skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to operate a forklift and receive a license Skills Walking Bending Long periods of standing Repetitive motions Ability to lift and stack boxes up to 50 lbs. Computer work Overtime as needed
