Pinnacle Transport Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Transportation Operations Coordinator to support our Driveaway Operations team in Bristol, Indiana. This position is responsible for assisting with transportation logistics, driver support, scheduling, DOT compliance, and daily operational coordination to ensure efficient and safe vehicle deliveries throughout North America. Responsibilities Assist in coordinating and scheduling vehicle deliveries throughout the United States and Canada Support dispatch by communicating load assignments, pickup and delivery updates, and schedule changes with drivers Monitor shipments and proactively communicate delays or service issues to the operations team Coordinate with customers, terminal personnel, and drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries Enter and maintain transportation orders and shipment information within company systems Assist with planning driver routes and maximizing equipment utilization Maintain accurate transportation records and operational documentation Monitor driver qualification files and maintain DOT compliance documentation Track CDL licenses, medical certificates, and other required driver credentials Schedule road tests, orientations, and safety training as needed Conduct routine audits of driver files and safety documentation Assist with Hours of Service and safety compliance tracking Support incident reporting and maintain safety records Work closely with Operations, Safety, Recruiting, and Customer Service to ensure seamless day-to-day operations Provide exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with drivers and customers Assist with special transportation projects and operational initiatives as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, fleet operations, or administrative support preferred Knowledge of
