Job Description

Overview Senior Logistician (2026-24766): Bowhead seeks a Senior Logistician to join our team in supporting the Crane, IN Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC Crane) and the Radar Technologies Division. The Senior Logistician shall perform various tasks related to the planning, development, implementation and management of a comprehensive, affordable and effective systems support strategy. The Logistician shall be capable of independently performing complicated and technical logistics tasks described below.
Responsibilities Essential functions include:
Particiape in the
SSSA/ISEA
project and IPT as the prodcut and logistics team member. Provide Integrated Product Support (IPS) for 12 IPS elements throughout the life-cycle of the SSSA. Develop and participate in executing a Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) Assist technical and task managment in developing and executing engineering change proposals and configuration management/data management. Assist with the development and implementation of training and training materials. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree is required in addition to at least fifteen (15+) years of experience Knowledge of DoD supply chain managment and inventory control. Knowledge of the twelve integrated product support elements. Ability to access and utilize federal logistics information systems to include but not limited to: WebFLIS, FedMall, and fleet organizations. Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Ability to coordinate and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders from various government activities, industry, and fleet organizations. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 15 to 25 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level, however candidates with an active Secret clearance are highly encouraged to apply.
