Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving & Logistics Coordinator to manage the efficient flow of incoming and outgoing materials. This role is responsible for receiving shipments, preparing orders for delivery, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating transportation, and ensuring all logistics activities are completed safely and on time. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Unload, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders and internal shipments. Create shipping documentation, labels, and bills of lading. Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries. Track shipments and resolve transportation or delivery issues as needed. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and warehouse standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to operate material handling equipment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and shipping software. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures. Experience with freight scheduling and carrier management. Familiarity with inventory control and warehouse best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
