Job Description

Production Control Planner Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Planner to act as a key liaison between our organization and material/parts suppliers. This role is responsible for ordering inbound materials and ensuring a continuous flow to support production without interruption.

Ensure uninterrupted material flow to manufacturing while avoiding overstock and waste. Communicate effectively with suppliers to support delivery timelines Conduct research, inventory analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally Identify and resolve supply chain issues using root cause analysis Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries Partner with operations to align production and material availability Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Health, Safety & Environmental programs Maintain and promote 5S standards in the work area Associate's Degree required Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; automotive industry experience a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with databases and MRP systems preferred Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes Associate Requirements Associates Degree Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $26.50 - $31.25 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
