Requirements Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Experience in school transportation, special education services, or route coordination preferred. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with school bus and passenger endorsements (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire). Proficient with computer software, including scheduling platforms, Excel, and GPS systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with staff, parents, and community partners. Familiarity with district geography preferred. Meets all mandated health and legal requirements for school employment. Complies with drug-free workplace rules and Noblesville Schools policies.
Description Job Objective:
Performs secretarial duties that support the effective management of corporation operations. Responsible for conducting themselves in an appropriate manner, setting an example for students, parents and coworkers by reflecting the Noblesville Schools Vision and Mission.
