Job Description The Logistics Coordinator serves primarily as a "track & trace" position to gain experience utilizing the TMS system and learning company procedures. The growth potential for this role is promotion to carrier sales or account management position once proven comfortable with assisting customers and managing customer account details efficiently. Role & Responsibility

• Tracking shipments and confirming details of freight movement
• Establishing ETAs for pickup and deliveries
• Alerting account management team, sales carrier team, and company management of any potential issues or delays that arise with a shipment.
• Providing customers with updates and answers to inquiries concerning their freight solution. Skills Needed
• Must be organized and able to multi-task by handling multiple transactions and short-term projects simultaneously.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment working with teammates to perform duties via phone and email.
• Perform data entry within TMS (Transportation Management System) utilizing screen toggle.
• Must have strong communication skills to communicate issues you encounter with the account, sales, and management teams.
• Service oriented, respond to requests from internal and external customers.
• Detail-oriented and able to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
