Logistics Coordinator

Are you a master of multitasking with an eye for detail? We are looking for a Logistics Operations Clerk to join our team for a high-impact contract through July 2026. High SchoolResponsibilities Generate Shipping Documents:

Prepare Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists and manifests.

Data Entry:

Accurately input shipment details, receipt of goods, and inventory movements into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Order Tracking:

Monitor the status of shipments and provide real-time updates to internal account managers.

Issue Resolution:

Proactively identify delays or shortages and escalate them to supervisors or the operations manager.

Reporting:

Create daily or weekly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) like shipping volume, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
