We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Logistics, Shipping & Production Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping things moving, solving problems, and making sure the details are right. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, prepare temperature-sensitive products for transport, support inventory and receiving activities, and work closely with our laboratory and operations teams. Because our products require careful handling and are shipped to customers across the U.S. and internationally, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are important parts of this role. What You'll Do Shipping & Logistics Coordinate domestic and international shipments using FedEx, UPS, World Courier, and other specialized transportation providers. Prepare and package plasma and other temperature-sensitive materials for shipment, including determining dry ice requirements and following appropriate packaging procedures. Ensure shipment contents, documentation, labels, packaging, and required regulatory information are accurate before products leave the facility. Track shipments and proactively follow up on delays or delivery issues. Research shipping requirements, restrictions, regulations, and available options for new domestic and international destinations. Troubleshoot shipping problems and work with carriers to resolve delays, claims, service issues, and disputes. Build effective working relationships with couriers, freight providers, and other shipping partners. Maintain accurate shipping records and support reporting on shipping activity and performance. Maintain required Dangerous Goods certification and follow applicable transportation and shipping regulations. Inventory & Receiving Receive and inspect incoming products, materials, and supplies. Support inventory tracking, organization, and general inventory control activities. Maintain accurate records for incoming and outgoing materials. Help ensure products and materials are stored and handled appropriately. Production & Operational Support Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Coordinate with laboratory and operational teams to support production schedules and customer requirements. Assist with laboratory production activities when required. Provide hands-on operational support during busy periods or changing priorities. Work collaboratively across departments to help ensure products reach customers accurately and on time. What We're Looking For You may have experience in logistics, shipping, warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, laboratory operations, or another environment where accuracy and coordination matter. Ideally, you bring: Previous experience with shipping, logistics, supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, laboratory operations, or a related area. Experience coordinating domestic and/or international shipments. Knowledge of shipping documentation and carrier processes. Experience with temperature-controlled shipments, dry ice, or Dangerous Goods is an asset. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and respond calmly when plans change. Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to follow an issue through to resolution. Clear and professional communication skills. Comfort working with shipping software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office applications. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
