About the Role As a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the flow of production by managing inventory accuracy and facilitating the efficient movement of materials. You will utilize your expertise in RF scanning and inventory control to ensure that our manufacturing teams have the resources they need to meet ambitious output goals. Responsibilities Coordinate the timely delivery of components to production lines to maintain seamless manufacturing schedules. Execute precise material movements and system transactions to ensure real-time inventory visibility. Operate various material handling equipment safely to transport goods across the facility. Utilize RF scanners to perform accurate ERP system updates and inventory tracking. Maintain organized storage systems, including bin management and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols. Perform regular cycle counts and verify documentation to uphold high standards of inventory integrity. Manage the return of unused materials to the stockroom and oversee the proper disposal of scrap components. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in a material handling or warehouse logistics role. Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management software. Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed operational instructions and visual aids. Basic computer literacy, including experience with Windows-based operating systems. Preferred Skills Experience with ERP system transactions and inventory control procedures. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies. Strong communication skills for coordinating with various departments and internal stakeholders. Experience operating heavy material handling machinery in a fast-paced environment.
