Join Our Team as a Logistics Coordinator Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our shipping, receiving, and administrative functions. What You'll Do As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting daily logistics and administrative operations by: Coordinating with freight carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams Processing shipping and receiving transactions and maintaining accurate records Entering shipment and receiving information into Dynamics NAV Creating labels, performing data entry, filing documents, and managing schedules Scanning and organizing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and office documents using Laserfiche Matching carrier and broker invoices for payment processing Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages Communicating professionally through email, Microsoft Teams, meetings, and training sessions Supporting special clerical and administrative projects as needed Ensuring compliance with DOT, RCRA, and hazardous material documentation procedures (training provided) Operating shipping and receiving scales and maintaining accurate transaction records What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an office, logistics, transportation, or manufacturing environment Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel Experience working with ERP systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Comfortable working within structured processes and handling high-volume administrative tasks Preferred Qualifications Experience with shipping/receiving operations, scale operations, or manufacturing environments Familiarity with Dynamics NAV and/or Laserfiche Knowledge of freight, logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
