Job Description

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring a Conventions Coordinator II (Part-Time) to support the Conventions team for
KARL STORZ
in Auburn, MA . This role coordinates convention/event requests from start to finish—supporting event planning, inventory availability, SAP order creation/maintenance, shipping/returns coordination, and follow-up on unreturned or consumed items. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure materials are tracked accurately and events are supported smoothly. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Manage convention/event requests after initial processing/approval, including confirming inventory availability and communicating confirmations to event owners. Own overall order management within the conventions process. Plan inventory for events with a goal of strong fill rates. Create and maintain event information in SAP (training available if needed). Coordinate shipments and returns from the Auburn warehouse and/or field locations. Follow up on unreturned items and support post-event cleanup/consumption tracking. Run daily/weekly/monthly reports as requested. Maintain strong communication via email and Microsoft Teams across internal partners. Support compliance steps and flag requests needing additional review . Provide backup support within the department; may mentor/assist lower-level coordinators.
