About Us LF Powers is a family-owned business, run by a third generation of the Powers (and introducing a fourth generation) distributing Mobil lubricants in Southern New England from their warehouses in Waterbury, Connecticut, and Easthampton, Massachusetts. The company is now one of the largest distributors of Mobil lubricants in New England. The pride we take in our history of 85+ years in the oil business shows in every delivery we make. ## Overview We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities. If you have experience in warehouse operations and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you. ## Duties
  • Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff and drivers
  • Implement and maintain warehouse management systems
  • Ensure efficient inventory management practices
  • Supervise shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of products
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) as needed
  • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision ## Requirements
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and management
  • Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and inventory control
  • Lubrication industry experience preferred Training for this position will consist of 2 weeks at our corporate headquarters in Waterbury CT and 2 weeks onsite in Easthampton Ma.
Mileage reimbursement will be applied to the 2 weeks training in Waterbury.
