This new role has been established to strengthen daily operations, streamline communication, and ensure the highest quality of support for students and staff. Role:
This new position supports and serves as the central hub for day-to-day school operations. This position will take ownership of scheduling, transportation coordination, daily staff communication, classroom schedules, and administrative support across multiple teams. This position will also oversee the school on-call phone and ensure appropriate staffing and transportation coverage each day. Key Responsibilities Create, distribute, and update weekly/daily school and transportation schedules. Receive and respond to daily callouts, adjust staffing to maintain required ratios. Maintain a live, shared tracking document for staff absences and tardiness. Monitor overtime staffing, training status, and communicate directly with staff who pick up shifts. Prepare and send the daily staffing email before 8:00 AM. Prepare weekly payroll reports for Education Directors. Monitor time and attendance for assistant teachers and support directors with progressive discipline tracking. Support the clinical team by ensuring complete and accurate incident reporting. Submit and track work orders to maintain a safe and well-maintained school environment. Provide support during crises while remaining outside classroom ratios. Coordinate the medical appointment calendar for residential teams and ensure proper staffing coverage. Review weekly schedules and track overtime shifts in Paycom for school and residential staff. Support staff recognition efforts and morale-building events. Collaborate with the Training Team to schedule and document classroom and transport training. Provide receptionist coverage as needed. Assist in screening and scheduling interviews for new candidates. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support school leadership.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm
Pay Range :
$42,000-$48,000/yearly #admin1
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
Experience in school operations, scheduling, or administrative coordination. Additional Skills & Requirements Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care certification (or willingness to obtain). Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel and Word.
