Temporary (potential conversion to perm) About the Role Manpower is partnering with Acushnet | Titleist to identify a detail-oriented Associate Planner to support finished goods planning operations. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring Titleist products are available to meet customer demand worldwide. You will collaborate closely with planning, operations, and inventory teams while supporting MRP execution, maintaining product lifecycle data, and enhancing inventory accuracy and visibility. This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in daily planning activities. Key Responsibilities Planning & Inventory Support Execute and support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes Help balance inventory across multiple warehouses Assist with order creation to support product availability Work to minimize shortages while aligning with forecasted demand Product Lifecycle Management Maintain finished goods item data from product launch through end-of-life Ensure planning systems and item settings remain accurate and current Inventory Monitoring & Analysis Review inventory targets, lead times, and planning parameters Provide insights and recommendations to improve inventory utilization Issue Resolution Investigate discrepancies in finished goods inventory Identify root causes and support corrective actions Reporting & Visibility Assist with monthly reporting on slow-moving and excess inventory Support weekly fill-rate reporting for leadership review Additional Support Contribute to planning-related projects and continuous improvement efforts as needed Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree with at least one (1) year of relevant experience, or High school diploma (or equivalent) with four (4) years of directly related experience Preferred Experience Background in supply chain, planning, inventory control, or related functions Skills & Competencies Working knowledge of inventory control and MRP systems Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data Intermediate Excel proficiency (formulas, reporting, data analysis) Effective organizational and time management skills Clear written and verbal communication abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally Work Environment This is a fully onsite, office-based position located in New Bedford, MA.
