Position Summary Steele Canvas Basket Corp. is seeking a highly organized and self-driven Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support our growing business. This role is responsible for coordinating/monitoring both inbound and outbound shipments, managing inventory, place and track purchase orders, and assist with the goals of the Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments. Work and build relationships with freight and parcel carriers to ensure the best pricing and service is applied on a daily basis. Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, packing lists, export documents if needed, etc.) on all inbound and outbound shipments as needed. Work closely with the Supply Chain and Production team to assist in managing the daily logistics and flow of goods from raw materials to finished goods to ensure on-time deliveries are being met. Create purchase orders for raw materials and manage the flow of inbound material. Manage raw material stock levels through purchase orders and inventory/production processes to maintain correct inventory levels in the SAP Business One ERP system. Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned. What We Offer Opportunity to work for a long-established American manufacturing company. Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, supply chain/procurement/purchasing, and manufacturing operations preferred. LTL/FTL freight knowledge and experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with ERP systems preferred; SAP Business One experience is a plus. Experience with logistics/shipping software (Mobility E-Commerce, Pirate Ship, MyCarrier, etc.) is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
