Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Logistics Coordinator to support our operations team. This role includes inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping coordination, and general logistics support for domestic and international shipments. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments from suppliers. Assemble and package research products and kits for orders. Maintain accurate inventory records using electronic systems (NetSuite preferred). Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers for timely delivery. Resolve discrepancies in inventory or orders in collaboration with internal teams. Support vendor communications and supplier coordination. Assist with logistics process improvement initiatives. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Experience in logistics, supply chain, or lab operations preferred. Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems. Knowledge of shipping regulations, including international shipments. Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
