Job Description

1-year non-reimbursable assignment. The only compensation for this assignment is the federal salary you are already receiving. USCIS -

No Only current, full-time federal employees are eligible. Resumes are reviewed every 30 days until selection/closing date. This is a Detail, not a Developmental Rotation. Supervisory approval form must be signed.
Qualifications:
Qualifications required: Must have the abilities and skills to effectively interpret and implement NARA and FOIA regulations and guidance. Must possess the capability to make viable recommendations to support changes as it relates to policies, procedures, and processes to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the office's record management activities. Must possess experience and ability to develop short-term and long-term goals and approaches to achieve USCIS records management goals and objectives. Must have the ability to perform routine records management program functions to include but not limited to records cleanups, inventories, draft record schedules, development, and maintenance of file plans. Must be able to identify and report record program risks and deficiencies requiring mitigative or corrective action.
