Loan and Demo Specialist Responsibilities:
Manage the check‑in and check‑out process for all equipment in the loan/demo room. Verify items are properly labeled, accounted for, and stored in the correct location. Update and maintain an accurate equipment log in Excel, including dates, user information, and item status. Ensure all equipment returns are documented and condition is noted. Communicate with employees who are borrowing or returning equipment as needed. Keep the loan/demo room organized, clean, and easy to navigate. Notify supervisor of any missing, damaged, or unaccounted‑for equipment. Follow all company procedures for equipment handling and tracking. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Comfortable interacting with staff and tracking physical inventory. Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 Lbs with or with out assistance. Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Clarksburg, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
