Job Description

Drive the Specialized Difference at CRST CRST, The Transportation Solution, is hiring a Planning Administrator to support high‑impact operations by optimizing resources and ensuring the smooth, timely movement of goods across our supply chain.

Onsite at 13200 Mid Atlantic Blvd Ste 140 Laurel, MD 20708
Job Schedule :
Monday - Friday (10:30 AM EST to 7:30 PM EST)
Compensation :
$45,130 - $54,000 is the full starting salary range (Pay Bi-Weekly) • A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Additional details will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process

Job Summary:
The strategic planning, coordination, and management of operational activities within an organization. Operations planning professionals play a crucial role in optimizing resources and ensuring efficient and effective operations. coordinating the movement of goods and materials throughout the supply chain, they plan and schedule transportation, coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders, and ensure timely delivery. They may also manage inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordination of on-site services, resolving process issues, and data issues for services provided. Acts as an extension of our customer representing their business interests. Build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing and ensuring prompt and accurate services for the client's inventory, orders and shipments while in the care and control of CRST. Ensures that systems are updated timely and accurately for customer review. Acts as a liaison between other CRST members and the customer
Requirements:
A four-year degree (preferred) or applicable work experience with demonstrated success Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
