About the Role As a Material Handling Specialist, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain by ensuring the seamless movement and organization of goods. By mastering forklift operations and precision inventory tracking, you will directly impact our ability to meet customer demand and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities Execute the safe and efficient operation of industrial forklifts to transport materials throughout the facility. Drive productivity by accurately picking, packing, and staging orders for timely shipment. Maintain rigorous inventory integrity through precise cycle counting and stock verification. Uphold quality standards by conducting thorough inspections of outgoing goods to ensure customer satisfaction. Optimize warehouse flow by systematically organizing incoming freight and maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace. Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline the loading and unloading of transport vehicles. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs consistently. Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and operational accuracy. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Current or previous forklift certification/licensure. Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse logistics processes.
