Job Description

Evergreen Trading Co. LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Logistics Support Associate to join our freight brokerage team in Madawaska, Maine. Room for advancement/will train. Full-time, onsite position including 1 weekend per month. Starting at $25.00/hr
Primary Responsibilities:
Support brokers and dispatchers with daily load coordination Enter and maintain accurate shipment information in our transportation management system Track active shipments and obtain status updates from drivers and carriers Schedule pickup and delivery appointments Communicate professionally with customers, carriers, drivers, shippers, and receivers Help identify available carriers and equipment Report delays, service issues, or shipment exceptions to the appropriate team member Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Intermediate proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office A professional and customer-focused attitude The ability to remain calm and think clearly when problems arise Dependability, initiative, and a willingness to learn
