With over 20 years in reconstruction, we know how devastating being displaced from your home can be. We work as efficiently as possible to get our client's property back to its pre-loss condition, without the red tape. Our team will work with the insurance adjuster to ensure the claim is filed properly and accurately. We will ensure the project stays on time and on budget by communicating with the client every step of the way. Job Summary The Materials Selection Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, selecting, and managing construction and restoration materials across active projects. This role works closely with Project Managers, field technicians, contractors, and clients to ensure the correct materials are specified on time, within budget, and in alignment with project scope. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable in a fast-paced restoration and construction environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with Project Managers and contractors to identify material needs for each phase of a project Source and present material options to clients, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and budget considerations Obtain quotes from vendors and suppliers, negotiating pricing and lead times as needed Maintain and update a vendor and supplier database Place and track material orders to ensure timely delivery to job sites Review project budgets with Project Managers and provide accurate materials cost estimates Monitor material spending versus budget and identify variances Proactively suggest cost-saving alternatives when appropriate Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions related to material selections Schedule and facilitate material selection meetings or walkthroughs as needed Communicate lead times, availability, substitutions, and changes to all stakeholders Ensure all client approvals are documented prior to ordering materials Maintain accurate records of material selections, approvals, purchase orders, and receipts Ensure materials comply with project specifications, local codes, and quality standards Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to support accurate job costing Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in construction, restoration, interior design, or a related field Working knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and building products Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or project management tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Familiarity with Xactimate or similar estimating software Experience in insurance restoration or remodeling environments Knowledge of IICRC standards or restoration industry terminology Experience with procurement or purchasing workflows This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
