standards. Role Description The Supply Chain Associate is a full-time, on-site role 8am - 5pm, based in Romulus, MI. This role supports day-to-day supply chain operations, including monitoring inventory levels, coordinating material flow, and assisting with procurement activities from suppliers. The Supply Chain Associate helps track orders, reconcile shipments, and maintain accurate records in inventory and ERP systems to ensure timely availability of parts and materials. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve delivery issues, support production schedules, and uphold quality and compliance requirements. The position may also assist with data analysis, reporting, and process improvements to increase efficiency across the supply chain. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management skills to support material planning, stock control, and order tracking. Candidates should possess Procurement and Customer Service skills to manage supplier interactions, support order fulfillment, and address inquiries professionally. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners. Relevant skills such as data entry, basic data analysis, and proficiency with ERP or inventory software are beneficial. Experience in manufacturing or automotive supply chains is preferred, along with familiarity with quality and compliance standards. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.

The ideal candidate should also possess strong organizational and planning abilities, pay keen attention to detail, and have a high level of accuracy in tasks.
