The Supply Chain Planner, Polyurethanes (PU)reports to the Supply Chain Manager for Polyurethanes (PU). As a member of the Polyurethane Systems Supply Chain Team, you will be primarily responsible for finished goods planning at the Livonia MI facility. This will include finite finished goods scheduling in a batch manufacturing process. As a Supply Chain Planner, you create chemistry by... Performing finished goods planning and finite scheduling within a batch manufacturing process Coordinating bulk truck scheduling for inbound and outbound shipments Preparing manufacturing instruction documents for operations (batch sheets) Managing dysfunctional inventory to ensure overall inventory health Supporting inventory management activities, including cycle counts and physical inventory Creating, maintaining, and updating master data as required Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure reliable supply and operational efficiency If you have... A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, customer care, production planning, scheduling, or material planning. Non-degreed candidates should have 6-10 years of relevant experience in Customer Care, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or Production. Strong working knowledge of SAP, particularly in production planning, raw material replenishment, material master maintenance, shipping scheduling, and inventory reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint). The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, supported by strong written and verbal communication skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities.
