Mercer County Schools Transportation Coordinator Duties

• Oversee FleetSoft and Inventory System.
• Reports to Supervisor of any inconsistencies of inventory.
• Make Supervisor aware of any changes that need to be made.
• Oversee and support front office and confirm mandatory State reports are being completed on time
• Make sure trips are being put in and scheduled on time
• Oversee insurance claims for transportation department and schools as necessary.
• Accident Reports
• Oversee FuelMaster and order fuel weekly
• Oversee Travel Tracker and Samsara
• Coordinate with school administrators on Angel Trax and reports including but not limited to; seating charts, emergency cards.
• Correcting Routes and Route Changes
• Oversee ordering of parts and getting Purchase Orders completed
• coordinate with Shop Foreman to make sure that the parts go to the correct bus
• Work orders, POs and Invoices match and are filed appropriately
• Oversee warranty claims on buses
• Help coordinate training for garage staff, office, and bus operators
• Support and Assist with placing Special Needs
• proper Child Safety Restraint Systems are being used.
• Digital Inventory Management System
• Management of the physical Inventory including parts and supplies
• Fleetsoft
• Travel Tracker
• Samsara
• This person will be responsible for all purchasing and financials for the Bus Garage.
• Maintain all Bus Videos.
