About the Role As a Logistics Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain, ensuring the seamless flow of goods through our high-volume distribution facility. You will leverage your expertise in inventory management and carrier coordination to drive operational efficiency and ensure every shipment reaches its destination accurately and on time. Responsibilities Execute the end-to-end processing of inbound and outbound freight to maintain optimal supply chain velocity. Generate precise shipping documentation, including bills of lading and manifests, to ensure regulatory and operational compliance. Optimize logistics workflows by coordinating directly with freight carriers and internal warehouse teams. Validate shipment accuracy and inventory integrity through rigorous verification processes. Utilize ERP platforms and specialized shipping software to track logistics data and manage real-time transactions. Operate powered industrial equipment to safely stage, load, and unload materials within the warehouse. Contribute to inventory control initiatives, including cycle counts, to maintain high levels of stock accuracy. Required Skills Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment. Proficiency in operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts or reach trucks. Strong organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operational setting. Fundamental computer literacy and the ability to master new logistics software quickly. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with major shipping platforms like StarShip, UPS, or FedEx. Prior experience working within an ERP system environment. Demonstrated ability to improve warehouse safety and organizational standards.
