Job Summary:
Seeking an Associate - SCM Logistics to support overnight supply chain operations. This role is responsible for receiving, inventory management, distribution, warehousing, transportation, and resolving shipping and invoice-related issues while ensuring timely movement of medical supplies throughout the facility.
Responsibilities:
Receive, store, distribute, and transport medical supplies. Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse operations. Resolve invoice, receipt, shipping, and return discrepancies. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments. Process high-volume logistics requests. Support handling of controlled substances and hazardous materials. Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of supply chain or business-related experience, or Associate's Degree with 1+ year of relevant experience. Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, inventory, shipping, or receiving. Strong computer, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
