Job Description

Logistics Coordinator responsible for shipping and receiving, fulfillment, import/export compliance, inventory control, component testing, ERP/MRP tracking, and logistics process improvement for hardware production. Requirements Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field Equivalent experience accepted 2-5 years of experience in logistics, shipping and receiving, or warehouse operations Experience with hardware or manufacturing operations preferred Experience with ERP/MRP inventory systems Experience with SAP, NetSuite, or similar systems Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Proficiency with Microsoft Word Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Experience maintaining inventory records Experience performing cycle counts Experience reconciling inventory discrepancies Experience supporting material availability for production Experience preparing shipping documentation Experience coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, or customs brokers Recent graduates considered Preferred Skills Familiarity with domestic shipping regulations Familiarity with international shipping regulations Experience with import/export compliance Experience with reverse logistics Experience with RMA processing Experience testing incoming components Experience assembling, programming, configuring, or validating hardware components Experience developing SOPs Experience developing inspection standards Experience supporting logistics workflow improvements Experience monitoring vendor quality metrics Experience tracking freight costs and delivery performance Experience handling sensitive assemblies Responsibilities Manage domestic shipping operations Manage international shipping operations Manage receiving, fulfillment, and reverse logistics activities Prepare shipping and import/export documentation Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers Maintain import/export compliance Oversee inventory control procedures Maintain inventory records in ERP/MRP systems Perform cycle counts Reconcile inventory discrepancies Ensure material availability for production Test incoming components before inventory or production release Assemble, program, configure, and validate incoming components Develop and maintain testing practices Develop and maintain inspection standards Develop and maintain SOPs Improve logistics workflows Investigate defects, non-conformances, shipment issues, and inventory discrepancies Perform root cause analysis Support corrective actions Collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain, vendors, and suppliers on quality and logistics issues Monitor vendor quality metrics Monitor test results, inventory levels, freight costs, delivery performance, and shipment tracking Provide logistics and quality reporting Recommend process improvements Manage inventory and component disposition Process approvals, quarantines, rejections, RMAs, repairs, and handling requirements
Pay:
