Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Auction Floater to assist with listing items for auction, coordinating inventory load-out, and preparing orders for delivery. This role requires adaptability, efficiency, and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth auction operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Item Listing:
Accurately catalog and photograph items for auction, ensuring detailed and appealing descriptions.
Inventory Load-Out:
Assist with the organization and distribution of sold items, verifying accuracy before customer pickup.
Order Preparation:
Pack and organize items for delivery, coordinating with drivers or shipping services.
Warehouse Support:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, assisting with general warehouse duties as needed.
Customer Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service during pickups and load-outs, answering questions and ensuring a smooth experience.
Quality Control:
Inspect items for accuracy, condition, and completeness before listing and shipping.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with auction coordinators, drivers, and warehouse staff to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
Experience in warehouse, auction, logistics, or related fields preferred. Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [insert weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers and auction listing software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reliable transportation and punctuality.
