GT&E is looking for an to join our team, in The will be involved in a multitude of supply chain related activities to include: assisting in obsolescence management, trend analysis on failing parts, forecasting assessment, ordering of materials, managing material budget, reporting on supply activity, strategy development for support of contract requirements, enhancing processes and procedures, and working across a multi-functional services team. They will also need to have working knowledge, experience, and understanding of end-to-end supply chain activities. Provide status reports, briefs, and metrics relating to performance and mission readiness Ensure timely Procurement Requisition creation in SAP to meet urgent requirements Work closely together with supply chain counterparts to ensure execution of needed procurements Conduct Risk, Issue and Opportunity management Maintain a record of demands and situations that arise to help with future demand planning Collaborate and support ILS team members in site shipment arrangements/execution Participate in system improvement transition initiatives for inventory management Review bottlenecks across the business in order to adjust forecasting and supply planning. Coordinate to ensure current supply status and contract commitments meet program schedules and plans Manage stock shortages and spares demands with stakeholders, suggesting risk mitigation strategies and working with Boeing stakeholders to avoid operational impacts Demonstrate leadership through coordination of efforts between Supply Chain, Program, ILS and site focals Analyzes postproduction supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities and coordinates for economy of purchases Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include supply capabilities, capacity and performance This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
