SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, the Logistics Receiving Coordinator proactively supports operations and customer support activities in their assigned area(s). Identifies critical items before they impact the completion of production and maintenance schedules. Provides customer support to various areas within the Supply Chain group. This position maintains qualification requirements in compliance with the location'sRSM. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains qualification requirements for authorization to conduct inspections in compliance with the location's RSM. Maintains qualification requirements for inclusion on Stamp Roster (listing of all controlled stamps by stamp number and name of person). Completes computer, paperwork and tag transactions to account for material movement. Identifies and accurately records missing parts during the receipt process. Ensures proper marking of parts, consumables, raw materials, and shelf-life sensitive parts. Ensures that all regulatory and customer requirements are met. Ensures inspections on all incoming parts comply with all regulatory and customer requirements. Maintains PMA Receiving training and qualifications as needed, to ensure inspections on in-process PMA parts comply with all regulatory requirements, which may require drawing validations pertaining to heat treat, finish and geometric design acceptance. Ensures certification and serviceable tags are accurately maintained to determine airworthiness. Generates discrepancy reports for non-conforming material. Researches discrepancies to ensure prompt resolution and implements corrective action. Researches parts, copies of 8130's and scans certifications to customer base locations. Inventories and validates completeness of kits prior to receiving.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two (2) years of inventory handling and control or warehouse operation experience required, including operation of trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts. Forklift certification required (must obtain certification within 60 days of hire). 49CFR and IATA dangerous goods training (compliant to ATS requirements within 30 days of hire). Valid state driver's license required. Qualified FAA receiving stamp authorization (compliant with the location's RSM) required.PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close up. The employee will also be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Compensation The base pay range for this position is $22.00- 30.
