Adecco is assisting a major client in their search for a Supply Chain Assistant in Washington, MO. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering weekly pay and a chance to expand your experience. Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm)
Weekly Paycheck Job Description :
As a member of the Supply Chain team this position will be responsible for providing superior service throughout the entire order and fulfillment process. Communicate effectively with members of various departments, such as operations, supply chain, management, procurement, etc. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Create and print work orders, auditing orders prior to release to the production floor. Order entry of all sales and change orders into SAP in a timely fashion. Accurately prepare all required shipping documentation for outgoing shipments. Assist the supply chain manager in planning and organizing the distribution of goods. Other duties as assigned. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: High School Diploma/GED 1+ year of experience in a production shipping role Proficient knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and maintain accurate records Clearly and effectively communicate with internal and external customers

Pay Details:
