About the Role Morris & Dickson is seeking a motivated and reliable Distribution Center Associates for its new state-of-the-art Distribution Center in Olive Branch, Mississippi. Whether you are just starting your career in distribution or bring prior warehouse or leadership experience, we have opportunities for both Tier I (entry-level) and Tier II (experienced) associates. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in accuracy, safety, and organization. What You'll Do Receive, stock, and package inbound and returned merchandise Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock organization Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met Support team members through communication and collaboration Assist with special projects or leadership tasks as experience allows What Success Looks Like Complete safety and equipment training and apply safe practices on every task Learn inventory locations, product handling standards, and core workflows Meet attendance and reliability expectations and communicate clearly with teammates and leads Achieve at least 98 percent accuracy on receiving, stocking, picking, and packing Sustain 99 percent pick and pack accuracy with units per hour that meet team targets Maintain zero preventable safety incidents with consistent adherence to all SOPs Keep work areas organized and audit-ready with accurate labels and counts Cross-train in at least one additional function, such as receiving, putaway, picking, packing, or returns For Tier II, serve as a go-to resource, coach newer teammates, identify bottlenecks, partner with the lead to adjust assignments, and suggest process improvements that enhance accuracy, speed, and safety What You'll Need to Succeed At least 2 years of experience in a distribution center; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage moderately complex tasks High school diploma or GED required Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet (standing/walking) for at least 90% of the shift Experience using pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment A collaborative, team-focused mindset with a proactive work ethic Basic proficiency with computers and warehouse systems Preferred Qualifications Forklift and turret truck/stock picker experience Compensation Tier II $19 to $26 per hour Tier I $16 to $22 per hour Actual rate depends on experience Schedule 1st and 2nd
