- 4:30 PM Industry manufacturing & production (Production Occupations) Reference number S_174835 Job details Local leader in materials engineering solutions is seeking Materials Coordinator to join their fast paced growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor part quantities across VMI, backflush, and bulk inventory locations.
- Request material replenishment and actively track fulfillment progress. ...
- Identify and resolve quantity discrepancies or shortages that could impact production.
- Review MES requirements and reconcile them with job kits on the production floor.
- Ensure kits are complete, accurate, and staged properly for technicians.
- Coordinate kit adjustments, substitutions, or re-issues when needed.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner daily with Production Planners, Material Handlers, and Manufacturing Technicians.
- Communicates material status, risks, and needs to keep workflow uninterrupted.
- Help resolve material issues that arise on the floor.
- Run and analyze shortage reports for active and upcoming jobs.
- Track replacement parts, expedite requests, and outstanding shortages.
- Maintain accurate documentation on part status and kit readiness.
- Supporting Production Commitments
- Ensure Manufacturing Technicians have all materials, consumables, and information needed to meet weekly output goals.
- Continuously monitor production flow for material-related bottlenecks and act quickly to resolve them.

8:00 AM- 4:30

Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 yearsQualifications:
