Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Specialist, with prior experience in chemical logistics, based in the Raleigh-Durham Area. In this role, you will coordinate and manage the movement of goods, oversee supply chain operations, and ensure timely deliveries for our clients. Responsibilities include monitoring shipments, maintaining communication with customers and drivers, resolving logistical challenges, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure service excellence and efficiency. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with clients, drivers, and team members Proficiency in Supply Chain Management Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess logistical challenges and develop efficient solutions Familiarity with transportation regulations and HAZMAT handling is a plus Prior experience with chemical logistics is preferred Ability to excel in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain management is desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), office/data entry, and scheduling programs Ability to multitask, think quickly, and work well under pressure Team player with strong oral and written communication skills Professional and neat personal appearance
