Job Description

Job Description Support hospital supply operations by organizing, stocking, and tracking inventory using a 2-bin system. This role involves building carts, transporting supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Receive products from trucks (pallets, rolling carts)
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated locations
  • Use handheld devices to track inventory and enter quantities
  • Reference web-based system for stock levels
  • Tag billable products (including implants)

  • 2+ years of supply chain experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment (supply chain or clinical)
  • Working knowledge of tagging RFID, receiving, and cycle counts
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Strong emphasis on communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Experience in inventory, logistics, surgical center or OR/procedural areas
  • Familiarity with SAP, TrackCore, QSight, or similar inventory systems
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally with SAP
