Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support inventory management and supply replenishment across hospital units, specifically the ICU and Pediatric units. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, stocking supplies, utilizing inventory management tools, and partnering with clinical staff to address supply needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Day‑to‑Day

- Review inventory levels and replenish supplies within assigned hospital units.
- Utilize handheld devices and RFID scanners to track inventory.
- Communicate regularly with staff regarding supply needs.
- Organize and maintain inventory locations to ensure products are readily available.
- Assist with urgent supply requests and inventory-related issues.

○ High school diploma or GED required. ○ Bachelor's / associates degree / relevant coursework in supply chain or a similar field.Experience:
○ Minimum of 1 year of inventory, stocking, or supply chain experience. ○ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ○ Ability to communicate effectively with nurses, managers, and other staff. ○ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a flexible schedule. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support a fast-paced environment.- Previous experience in a healthcare, hospital, or clinical environment.
- Experience using SAP or other inventory management/ERP systems.
- Familiarity with RFID technology, handheld inventory devices, or supply tracking systems.
