Supply Chain Technician -
Production Planning & Logistics Location:
Holly Springs, North Carolina (On-site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated professional to support tactical and operational supply chain activities at a leading site focused on manufacturing excellence. Our team values precise material flow, strong coordination, and adherence to industry standards to ensure smooth production and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Support the creation, release, and tracking of process orders in SAP while coordinating production plans with scheduling and manufacturing teams. Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely material staging, transfer, and reconciliation for ongoing production activities. Act as a key contact for supply chain and manufacturing services in managing material transfers, troubleshooting issues, and participating in deviations triage meetings. Ensure data accuracy for materials, BOMs, and WIP within SAP, while supporting system improvements and operational readiness initiatives.
Required:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations. At least 2 years of experience in production planning or warehouse coordination within a regulated environment. Proficiency in SAP, MES, and other ERP systems. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to changing production needs.
