Printing and Packaging CSR Relyus - 4.7 Hope Mills, NC Job Details Full-time $13 - $16 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Customer communication Microsoft Outlook Packing Customer order taking Sales order data entry Full Job Description This role ensures that all customer orders, artwork and production details are accurately managed from order entry to delivery. The CSR must maintain excellent communication, ensure job accuracy and coordinate with internal departments to meet quality, cost and delivery expectations.
Responsibilities include:
- Server as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, quotes and order updates.
- Manage expectations and provide proactive status updates on orders.
- Receive and enter customer purchase orders accurately.
- Verify all details such as quantities, size and ship dates.
- Review customer specifications to ensure all requirements (materials, color, finishing and packaging) are met.
- Create and maintain job tickets for production.
- Communicate job details clearly to prepress, scheduling and production teams.
- Work closely with quality control to address and resolve any customer complaints or quality issues.
- Review proofs and approvals with customers and ensure timely sign-off.
- Track orders through all stages of production, including printing, finishing and shipping.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all active jobs.
Qualifications and Experience include:
- Prior printing and/or packaging manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of offset or digital printing processes preferred.
- Experience with folding cartons, labels or flexible packing a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word).
