About the Role As a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain by managing the precise movement, storage, and distribution of goods. Your efforts will directly impact our operational efficiency and ensure that every shipment arrives at its destination accurately and on time. Responsibilities Coordinate the receipt and verification of incoming inventory to maintain high data integrity. Execute precise picking, packing, and labeling processes to guarantee order fulfillment accuracy. Operate industrial forklifts and warehouse machinery to safely transport heavy materials throughout the facility. Optimize stock levels by performing consistent cycle counts and inventory audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline shipping workflows and meet daily throughput targets. Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization to facilitate a productive environment. Qualifications Required Skills Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Demonstrated experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations. Proficiency with basic computer systems for tracking inventory and generating shipping documentation. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to organizational accuracy. Preferred Skills Current forklift certification or equivalent heavy equipment operating experience. Prior experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar digital inventory tools. Strong communication skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
