This position reports to:

Planning & Fulfillment Specialist __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy. The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Planning & fulfillment team in Mebane NC, with the ELSP

• Electrification Division.

You will be mainly accountable for: Ensuring the interaction with a firm's functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback. Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan. Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand. Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines. Qualifications for the role Bachelor's degree preferred, in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 or more years of relevant experience preferred in Materials, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, etc. Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (Advance Excel, Outlook) and purchasing software. Experience using

MRP / ERP
