Your Impact The Supply Chain Fulfillment Consultant supports the design, execution, and improvement of fulfillment strategies that enhance operational performance, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency. As a subject matter expert, this role partners with Distribution, Transportation, Merchandising, Technology, and Operations teams to implement scalable, data-driven solutions. The Consultant drives process improvements, manages project execution, and ensures consistent adoption of best practices and technologies across the supply chain network. What You Will Do Lead the development and execution of fulfillment process improvements and tools that enhance efficiency and service levels. Partner cross-functionally to deliver projects and solutions that optimize product flow and reduce operational costs. Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations. Manage fulfillment-related projects from planning through implementation, ensuring objectives and timelines are met. Apply data-driven insights to evaluate current vs. future state processes and quantify performance impact. Provide guidance and support to fulfillment teams in resolving operational challenges. Develop and maintain fulfillment policies, procedures, and process documentation. Support change management and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of new fulfillment processes and technologies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable 10+ years of overall experience supply chain, fulfillment, or operations with a focus on process improvement and project delivery. 5-7 years demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities 5-7 years proven ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive operational decisions Experience coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables across teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence Proficiency with supply chain management or fulfillment systems and reporting tools Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies Ability to influence without authority in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Preferred Skills/Education Experience in retail or omnichannel fulfillment operations Knowledge of service provider management or dispatch scheduling systems Project Management or Lean Six Sigma certification About Lowe's Lowe's Companies, Inc.
