Job Description

Duties:
Develop and manage logistics plans for assigned projects and associated supplier purchase order deliveries. Report material delivery status and logistics execution during construction readiness meetings. Expedite materials during construction if not received prior to start date. Ensure timely delivery of materials and supporting documentation to meet project schedules. Receive delivered materials within the Oracle system. Resolve supplier questions and issues related to purchase orders. Coordinate with material distribution centers for vendor delivery and contractor material pickup. Verify all supporting material documentation is traceable, verifiable, and correct (TVC). Collaborate daily with project teammates, buyers, and receiving personnel to resolve issues and discrepancies. Travel to supplier sites for delivery expediting or meeting support as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience/combined education. Up to 4 years of engineering experience. Strong English communication skills (verbal, written, reading comprehension). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Previous experience working in a team environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Nice-To-Haves:
Experience in supply chain, procurement, or purchasing, including purchase order administration and/or expediting. Background in project execution. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including telephone etiquette and written correspondence. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Oracle system experience.
