Job Description

Join Our Team as a Material Coordinator! REQ, a family-owned Complex Rehab Technology provider, is looking for a Material Coordinator to join our team in Manchester, NH. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll help manage the flow of materials and supplies that support our team and ultimately help improve the lives of the clients we serve.
What You'll Do:
Process and track purchase orders. Expedite orders and follow up with vendors as needed. Update pricing information in company systems. Receive and inspect incoming shipments. Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments. Assist with inventory counts and inventory management. Maintain office and janitorial supply inventories. Help identify and implement process improvements. Work closely with team members across the organization.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
