Job Description

Position Summary Responsible for scheduling and coordinating production orders to support manufacturing operations and ensure on-time delivery. This role works closely with supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and customer-facing teams to balance demand, material availability, and production capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Convert planned orders into production orders and manage production schedules.
  • Review forecasts, customer orders, inventory levels, and capacity requirements.
  • Monitor ERP/MRP planning messages and make scheduling adjustments as needed.
  • Manage overdue orders and communicate status with internal stakeholders.
  • Support engineering change processes and expedited order requests.
  • Track inventory and support Kanban replenishment activities.
  • Analyze on-time delivery performance and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain material planning data within the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve planning and supply chain processes. Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 2-5 years of production planning or scheduling experience.
  • Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system preferred.
  • Manufacturing environment experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to identify issues, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage priorities effectively. Benefits
