Job Description
Position Summary Responsible for scheduling and coordinating production orders to support manufacturing operations and ensure on-time delivery. This role works closely with supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and customer-facing teams to balance demand, material availability, and production capacity. Key Responsibilities
- Convert planned orders into production orders and manage production schedules.
- Review forecasts, customer orders, inventory levels, and capacity requirements.
- Monitor ERP/MRP planning messages and make scheduling adjustments as needed.
- Manage overdue orders and communicate status with internal stakeholders.
- Support engineering change processes and expedited order requests.
- Track inventory and support Kanban replenishment activities.
- Analyze on-time delivery performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain material planning data within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve planning and supply chain processes. Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- 2-5 years of production planning or scheduling experience.
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system preferred.
- Manufacturing environment experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to identify issues, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage priorities effectively. Benefits
