The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, inventory management, and manufacturing operations. This role requires advanced Excel skills, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and the ability to coordinate production schedules across multiple departments. Responsibilities Analyze customer orders and sales forecasts to determine production requirements. Develop daily, weekly, and master production schedules. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and packaging to support production. Adjust production schedules to address supply chain delays, labor shortages, or equipment issues. Coordinate with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Sales, and Purchasing to ensure production goals are met. Prepare production status reports and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain accurate production planning data within the ERP system. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field. Previous experience as a Production Planner in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of ERP and MRP systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and communication abilities. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Experience working in manufacturing operations is required.
