Working under the direction of the GxP Manager, this role provides essential support to research and manufacturing environments through GxP-compliant cleaning, materials handling, waste management, and laboratory logistics. The successful candidate will help ensure laboratory operations remain safe, compliant, and efficient while adhering to GMP/GxP standards and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and enjoys supporting scientific operations in a highly regulated environment. What You'll Do Perform GxP-compliant cleaning and sanitization of laboratories, production areas, and controlled environments following established SOPs. Receive, sort, scan, and deliver laboratory supplies, research materials, equipment, compressed gases, and dry ice to support daily operations. Collect, label, and prepare hazardous and non-hazardous waste for disposal while ensuring compliance with RCRA, DOT, GMP/GxP, and company procedures. Support laboratory logistics through inventory replenishment, sample transport, equipment moves, and general operational support. Maintain accurate documentation, report safety or equipment concerns, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in laboratory support, warehouse, manufacturing, or operations. Basic knowledge of GMP/GxP environments with the ability to follow detailed SOPs and maintain accurate documentation. Basic computer skills and experience using inventory, tracking, or work order systems. Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain and maintain DOT and RCRA certifications (training provided). Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in laboratory and controlled environments while wearing required PPE.
