Job Summary The 3PL Logistics Specialist supports and manages the team to successfully complete every order which may include the day-to-day inbound and outbound fulfillment operations, helping ensure customer orders, shipments, and warehouse activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This role provides hands-on guidance to the fulfillment team, coordinates daily priorities and workflow, monitors order progress, and works closely with warehouse operations to resolve issues as they arise. This position combines team coordination with hands-on problem-solving. You'll help keep the team organized, provide day-to-day guidance and training, coordinate inbound and outbound priorities, and troubleshoot shipment or fulfillment issues as they arise. In a fast-paced transportation environment, you'll help the team adapt to changing schedules, customer requests, shipment delays, and operational challenges while ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Overall support for fulfillment business process by: Supporting the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders Coordinating inventory movements and warehouse activities Prepare and process Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) transactions, ensuring accurate and timely billing, invoicing, and profitability reporting Organize files for different customer portals and print out correct order fulfillment for warehouse operations Communicate with customers, vendors and domestic/oversea partner Excellent customer service skills with strong responsibility Monitor daily operational activities and support workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing levels and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Korean (Required) Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 60% office work, 40% warehouse or logistics operations Experience in high level coordination, regarding shipments, tracking freight, and managing transportation documentation Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously Proficient verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach in English and Korean (due to our customers) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite applications Commitment to maintaining precise documentation and ensuring data accuracy across operational processes
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
