About the Job Reporting directly to the Logistics Administration Manager , the Logistics Administration Rep role is a high‑visibility, high‑impact leadership role within the XXX Department at TFI USA. You'll partner with leaders across the plant, and bring new ideas to life. Duties & Responsibilities Scheduling of all inbound deliveries & customer order pick ups Communicate directly with all drivers arriving at Lakeside Ensure all inbound paperwork is signed & filed accordingly Ensure all outbound BOL's are signed & filed accordingly Prepare all special labels, customer placards, etc. for orders & ensure warehouse staff apply to product as requested by customer Daily interactions with warehouse management and staff Input all outbound customer orders, ensuring accuracy & product availability Input & follow up on completion of all customer inbound deliveries Act as liaison between Lakeside and customer in reporting any concerns or discrepancies with inbound deliveries and / or customer orders Process BOL's & weight sheets for all outbound orders, email final copies to customer Any additional tasks within scope and ability as requested Requirements/Education/Experience/Skills High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to clearly speak, read, and write in English Excellent computer skills Knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to respond to a large influx of emails daily Ability to pass a preemployment drug test Excellent leadership skills Excels as a team player Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance Ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide in all units of measurements Understand and abide by all safety regulations as well as policies and procedure set forth by Thomas Foods International, USA Why Join Thomas Foods?
